Return and Exchange Policy

​At Cinderz Dezignz, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns and Exchanges: we accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided the following conditions are met: 

-Condition: the product must be in new condition. 
-Time Frame: you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange a product. 
-Method: you can return or exchange your product by mail or at a designated drop off location if you are in Oregon.
-Return Label:  a return label is included in your package for your convenience.
-Restocking Fee: there are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges. 

How To Return or Exchange a Product

1. Prepare Your Package: ensure the product is in its original packaging and condition. 
2. Attach The Return Label: use the return label included in your package. 
3. Drop Off: you can either mail the package using the return label or if you live in Oregon, you can drop it off at one of our designated locations.

Refunds: once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a credit within 5 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
